Julie A. Paleen, M.S.
With a professional services career in human resources and organization development spanning more than 20 years, Julie Paleen has served as an internal consultant and coach for First Bank System (now U.S. Bank), Dain Rauscher Brokerage (now RBC Dain Rauscher), Grant Thornton LLP and the Minneapolis-based law firm Leonard, Street and Deinard. As a manager and business leader, Julie was responsible for overseeing business operations, managing business partnerships, cultivating an entrepreneurial culture and influencing the bottom line. In each venue, transformational leadership and individual coaching engagements have been the hallmarks of her career.
Because of this combination of skills, coupled with her experiences, Julie is able to “dream big dreams” and implement effectively.
As a coach, Julie helps clients live the life they were always meant to live. As a consultant, she partners with her clients to help them articulate and achieve their business goals.
Julie’s experience also includes serving as an adjunct professor at Metropolitan State University in St. Paul, Minn;, and as a lecturer at the University of Wisconsin and the University of Arizona. She is a published author and frequent conference speaker and workshop facilitator.
