“Leader as Coach”

During this four- to five-hour workshop, business leaders will learn some of the theories and best practices of coaching and then apply these new skills through practicing their coaching skills in a hands-on, experiential environment. “Cycle of Renewal”
An old adage instructs us that “it’s never too late” to do what we need or desire to do. As humans, we have the advantage that we are built for change. Whenever change is necessary, desired or imminent, we go through the “cycle of renewal,” a documented and scientific four-stage process. (Interestingly, many go through multiple cycles at once, in different areas of life.)

As a certified Cycle of Renewal leader, Julie Paleen can help participants identify where they currently are in the cycle and what is happening in their lives now, and then develop strategies and an action plan for moving forward during this two-hour personal workshop.
